I really think I was born to be an event planner!
 As as child and teen, I was helping plan family events, I was in student leadership all through school planning events like dances and rallies. Once I reached 18, my passion continued. I have a not-so-secret Disney obsession, and I began working with the Walt Disney company working in special events! After almost 4 years, I accepted a position with Red Bull working their extreme sport events. Something was missing as I grew older, and that was weddings! I can't put into words how much I adore and love working with couples from the beginning stages of wedding planning to the best day of their lives. I get this overwhelming feeling of fulfillment on wedding days that I was a part of the best day of someone's life and I hope that I make an impact on all of my couples. I love what I do so much that I have a guilty pleasure of going through past weddings photo galleries and it's like reliving the day all over again.
It truly is the best job in the world.

Monte Verde Inn offers a shaded outdoor ceremony space can hold up to 220 guests. The ceremony space is surrounded by tall cedars that form an informal outdoor cathedral with market lights hung across the trees. Our couples say "I Do" in front of a custom built wooden arch that can be left bare or decorated to your liking by your vendor team. 

Monte Verde Inn offers and additional ceremony space in the beautiful ballroom located in our Georgian-style manor which can hold up to 80 guests comfortably. The ballroom has a vintage fireplace and stunning window as the ceremony back drop.

The outdoor reception space includes six private acres of romantic gardens with pristine hedges and lawns, as well as a multitude of cedar, pine, and cypress trees. There’s also a vintage barn and a picturesque vineyard on the property. The reception space can hold up to 220 guests our manicured lawns. Food is a top priority, and the Inn's professional chef prepares all meals using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Monte Verde Inn's chef can prepare options that are gluten free, vegetarian and vegan as well. At night, hanging market lights and turn-of-the-century streetlights create a glittering halo around dancing couples

The beautiful ballroom located in our Georgian-style manor can also host receptions and hold up to 80 guests seated comfortably. The inn can host 60 guests in the ballroom and 20 guests in a smaller dining room. Once events like dinner, toasts and cake cutting have concluded the inn ballroom is converted to a dance floor space. Original hardwood floors, antique light fixtures & a stunning crystal chandelier are the perfect elements for a magical soiree.

Monte Verde Inn's in house florist provides all of your decor flowers. Those decor flowers include centerpiece flowers, a statement appetizer table arrangement, 2 hanging decorative sconces, a statement bar arrangement, and a smaller guest book table arrangement. Our florist can do a greenery garland for a sweetheart table in lieu of the bar arrangement and guest book table arraignment. The decor flowers are customized based off of your desired package.

Monte Verde Inn partners with Creative Coverings to provide beautiful table linens for our couples dream tablescapes. Depending on your chosen package, classic white linens are provided or upgraded linens, see package options. Monte Verde Inn provides all guest table linens, napkins & additional decor table linens. With the help from Monte Verde Inn's coordinator we are ready to help you design the wedding of your dreams.

Monte Verde Inn partners with a local bakery where our couples custom design their wedding cake, with hep from our baker. The flavors, fillings and style are picked out with you after a delicious tasting. Monte Verde Inn does offer other dessert options as well if traditional wedding cake isn't a priority.

My husband and I just got married at MVI on 10/15 and words cannot express just how perfect my day was! There was a changeover in the middle of my wedding planning to hire a new site coordinator. This seemed stressful when I got the news but I have to say that Lexi jumped in both feet and ran with it. She instantly made me feel relieved and I connected with her right away. She was so amazing that from the time I arrived at the venue, Lexi, completely took charge and I didn't lift a finger the rest of the day! Our timeline that day was flawless, the event moved along so smoothly that all my guests had zero complaints about wait time, flow, & progression. This venue is so naturally gorgeous that I hardly decorated at all and it was still stunning. It is VERY well kept up and maintained. My Daughter got married here in October 2017. She had always wanted a "fairy tale" wedding and Monte Verde delivered! What a wonderful venue. Lexi and her staff pulled out all the stops. Monte Verde Inn was the PERFECT place for our wedding in June of 2017! It was the second venue we toured and we knew within minutes that this was exactly what we wanted. The grounds and inn are beautiful and the staff is fantastic. While the pricing might initially seem a little high, it's important to realize that it includes the venue, food, nonalcoholic drinks, decor, decor flowers, high quality staff and service, and, of course, the amazing Lexi. It is well worth it. During our planning period, Lexi took over as our coordinator and blew us away with all that she did for us. Lexi quickly assured us that we were in good hands. Lexi followed through above and beyond with all of our dreams for our wedding. Even the day of, while she was ensuring everything was perfect, she was still attentive to my husband and I. Everything at our wedding was exactly how we imagined it; we would not change a thing! We received so many compliments from family and friends, stating that our wedding was one of the best and most beautiful weddings that had ever attended.
